BASIC INFORMATION ABOUT THE FAIR
The Seventh Beekeeping Fair of the Southeast Balkans will be held in Vranje with international participation, with complex sales, exhibition, educational, promotional, economic and tourist content.
SFBO, in cooperation with the City of Vranje, has ensured that the entrance to the fair will be free for all interested beekeepers and citizens this year.
We expect a large attendance of the fair by beekeepers from Serbia, Macedonia, Albania, Greece, Bulgaria, Turkey and Montenegro, because this part of the Balkans simply does not have a similar manifestation of such a large scale, and our beekeeping equipment is of exceptional quality and fair prices. The incredibly large visit to the Fair so far has proven that.
CONDITIONS
OF PARTICIPATION IN THE FAIR
SFBO, with its significant participation in the organization of the fair, secured significantly more favorable prices for the exhibition space than the regular collective prices valid at the State Beekeeping Fair in Belgrade, since the fairs proved to be an exceptional opportunity for the placement of larger quantities of honey from our beekeepers, placement of equipment at favorable prices for beekeepers and especially for contracting future business – which is an increasingly frequent phenomenon that brings the biggest profit to the exhibitors, due to the visit of a large number of foreign buyers of beekeeping equipment wholesale.
Each stand will have an inscription with the name of the company or the owner, which is included in the price.
PRICE LIST
FOR EXPOSITION AT THE FAIR
REGISTRATION PRICES in EUR (without 20% VAT) for payments from July 6, 2024 until the beginning of the Fair:
Beekeeping equipment and other (for stalls and stands up to 9 square meters)* 320 EUR
Beekeeping equipment and other (for stands from 10 to 18 square meters)* 400 EUR
Beekeeping equipment and other (for stands from 19 to 27 square meters)* 720 EUR
Bee products (for companies and non-members of SFBO* 304 EUR
Bee products (for SFBO members)* 101 EUR
Literature (in written and electronic form)* 18 EUR
*- the price is increased by 10% in case the exhibitor wants to sell bee products (honey, pollen, propolis, raw wax, perga, royal jelly… or preparations based on bee products) at the counter or stand intended for the sale of equipment. At the Seventh Fair in Vranje, it will not be possible to choose the location of the stand.
The rental of several stands by one exhibitor is allowed, but the stands cannot be connected to each other, but must be separated.
Stands for bee products (for non-SFBO members) cannot be larger than 9 square meters. For SPOS members, stands for bee products are up to a maximum of 1.5 meters wide.
This year, the organizer will provide each exhibitor with at least 1 stand of 9 square meters, which means a space of 3×3 meters, partially covered by a roof and marked with a board with the name of the exhibitor or his company, with one table 1-2 m long. If the exhibitor rents more than 9 square meters, he arranges all the space that exceeds 9 square meters.
Occupying space outside of the exhibition stand is not allowed. If any of the exhibitors does that, they will be immediately removed from the fair.
The sale of any other products than bee products (including mixtures and products based on bee products) is not allowed at the stands for which a preferential registration fee has been paid for SFBO members for the display of bee products and products based on them. In the event that this happens, the exhibitor will be immediately removed from the stand, and he is also obliged to pay double the registration fee at the first subsequent SPOS fair in which he participates (regardless of whether it is a fair in Vranje or Belgrade). Exhibiting beekeepers – members of SFBO, who pay a preferential registration fee this year, must be members of SFBO in 2023 and 2024 in order to exhibit under preferential conditions.
All exhibitors are obliged to market their goods at the fair in accordance with legal regulations, otherwise they bear full legal responsibility.
APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION
Application for participation in the fair is carried out according to the following procedure. Make the payment to the SFBO account at Poštanska štedionica: 200-2361360102033-24, and the payment slip with the information written on the prescribed form (name and surname, full address, telephone numbers, email, list of everything you are exhibiting, name of the beekeeping society through which you are a member of SFBO…) sent to the address of SFBO with the indication „For the fair in Vranje“.

OTHER
Provided: free parking for exhibitors and visitors located right next to the hall.
OBTAINING MARKETING SPACE OUTSIDE THE STAND: Obtaining marketing space, outside the exhibitor’s stand, is paid to SFBO in addition to the registration fee, 23,9 EUR (+20% VAT), per meter of the longer side of the advertisement, or 19,9 EUR (+20% VAT) for advertisements whose longer side is shorter than one meter. The exhibitor creates the advertisement himself, chooses the place for it and places it himself (in accordance with the safety regulations). In the case of placing an advertisement outside the paid advertising space, the exhibitor at the first subsequent SFBO fair pays twice the registration fee.
